Ultimate Blog Challenge

I’ve always wanted to join a blog challenge so that I would blog more, but I never did because then I would have to blog more.

But I have finally done it! Thanks to the awesome and talented Lisa at A New Lis.com (dontcha just love that name!) I found the Ultimate Blog Challenge.

I’m excited about exercising my blogging muscles. Tomorrow I start blogging!

Wait.. I think I just started today!

 

Bacon and tips for Fellow Non Pork Eaters

Did you know if you run bacon under cold water before you bake it, it’ll shrink less.

I’m sure by now everyone is baking their bacon instead of frying. Just pop into cold oven, turn oven to 420 (I like that number)
By the time your oven reaches temperature your bacon will be done, depending on how crispy you like it.

I must confess I don’t eat pork, this is beef bacon.

And heres a tip for my fellow non-pork eaters – When you go to a restaurant and theres pork or veal on the menu, tell them you have a pork allergy. People take allergies more serious than personal preference, you’ll find out just how many things are porky.. And sometimes pork is even passed off as veal.
